HIGH Flash Flood Risk The Rest of the Night
The area of "high" flash flood risk has been expanded considerably during the night. 80% of U.S. flash flood deaths occur in high risk areas. Keep in mind that 76% of U.S. flash flood deaths occur in automobiles. So, it is a good night to stay at home unless you live in a flood prone area. In that case, you should self-evacuate to a higher area if waters begin to rise.
