10pm Hurricane Harvey Update
The pressure has dropped three more millibars to 938mb. Lightning is occasionally being picked up which means it is holding intensity or, perhaps, getting a little stronger. Radar, below, is from 9:50pm.
Sustained winds are 130 mph. It is very near landfall but slight additional strengthening is possible.
