Very dangerous situation. If you have friends/relatives in this watch, please call them and make sure they are up on the weather. If you need to go pick up a friend/relative who has, for example, difficulty getting into a basement or has no sheltering option at their home, pick the up now. It is much safer than after a warning is issued.
