I learned customer service from my grandfather, Ray Smith the founder of the dealership, and from my Dad, Dick Smith. Obviously, I had terrific teachers. WeatherData and now AccuWeather Enterprise Solutions have always received praise for the level of customer support we provide.
Dad still works in the business as do my two brothers, Mark and Phil, and my sisters Susan and Barbara. A new generation is learning great customer service with nephews Kyle and Matt.
