A Useful Perspective on Climate Change

I've spent a fair amount of time the past week discussing some extreme global warming predictions and conclusions.

While I believe the best evidence indicates global warming will be a small net problem, I readily acknowledge that I may be wrong and I look for papers the reasonably express the threat of more severe climate change. Thanks to my friend Bill Hooke, here is one that I recommend reading.

  1. So, based on his knowledge of how climate and weather works, as well as knowledge of existing research, he has developed a hypothesis that certain things could happen in the future. Understanding that there is not enough good data, he proposes ways to improve our ability to observe and study the climate. No conclusions yet. No incontrovertible theory.

    That sounds like, I don't know, science or something.
