Weather Odds and Ends

The weather will continue favorable for tornado cleanup in Wichita, Woodward, and Norman at least until Wednesday.

The area with the greatest tornado risk today is south Florida where the probabilities reach 5%. There is also the potential for heavy rain with localized flooding.

And, some unusual weather at opposite ends of the nation. Some late-season rains in Southern California:
Seven-tenths of an inch of rain is a lot for late April in Los Angeles.

And, speaking of a lot for late April, there is a significant chance of accumulating snow between Sunday night and Tuesday in western Pennsylvania, western New York and into the mountains of West Virginia.
